Sinervo, Lotta-Maria

Lotta-Maria Sinervo (Doctor of Administrative Science, the title of Docent/Adjunct Professor) is an Associate Professor of Public Governance in the School of Management at the University of Vaasa. Her research interests include sustainability governance and public management, public financial management, sustainability accounting and public sector accounting. Currently, her research focuses on sustainable public management, knowledge-based management, leadership dialogue, and the integration of sustainability in municipalities and wellbeing services counties. Lotta-Maria has nearly 20 years of experience in research, teaching, and research, evaluation, and development projects. Her work has focused on public financial management, budgeting, performance measurement and evaluation, sustainability management, evidence-informed decision-making, and public sector transformation and renewal.
